Hi , Im a new streamer and I have a problem. My specs are:
GTX 1080Ti
i7 4790k 4.4 ghz
8 gb RAM
SSD 120 GB
HDD 1 TB
My upload speed is 20 megabit. My OBS is set to stream 720 at 60fps with NVENC with 6k bitrate (x264 is worse for me for some reason) ,when I stream I don't drop frames and in twitch inspector I have stable connection and stable 60 fps , I play in 4k 80+ fps and OBS is downscaling at 720 60fps , but the stream is not 60 fps stable , it drops to 40-45 sometimes and that's really annoying , this is the vod from my last stream and you can clearly see that sometimes the frames drops (sixth-seventh minute for example)

It just doesn't feel like other 60 fps streams
