Hi

Taking a quick look you are having two issues,

13:00:38.560: Output 'simple_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 9028 (14.7%)
13:00:38.560: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 306 (0.5%)
13:00:38.560: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1084 (1.8%)

The skipped frames / render lags are usually down to cpu overload when encoding with x264 software. You can change the current cpu preset from veryfast to superfast. if that fails then down to ultrafast. if that fails repost the obs log.

The bandwidth / connection can be either your internet connect speed, as your streaming at 2500 bitrate you will need 3mb upload available all the time as a min. To confirm your internet speed can you post a internet speed test result.

You are also on a wired connection and not wifi so this generally wont be the case unless you have a fault cat5 cable so can you also post the results using twitch bandwidth tool, using 64k tcp and 30sec, also ensure you have your correct region set. In the results you want to be streaming to the ingress servers returning 100 quality, the min is 80.

What is not clear for you? Either use NVENC hw encoder or lower your demands (read - settings) from the x264.
