Question / Help stream is laggy. help with settings?

could someone help me with my settings please. my streams are very laggy when i play fast gameplay and a lot of frames are dropped. my upload speed is 17mbps. here is my latest log file.https://gist.github.com/003fea096611cacaaccdb825d4ec5431

Your issue is that your CPU is very weak, and chances are that laptop has no real GPU in it. You will need to downscale resolution a bit. Try 560p.

Ok. At what bit rate would you recommend I stream at?

For 560p at 30fps, something around 1800-2000 should be sufficient.

No. GPU is your graphics processing unit, it's a hardware device. You can't really upgrade that on a laptop.
