Question / Help Stream is laggy and stuttering

Hello everyone.
I'm trying to stream Rainbow Six Siege but i got an issue.
In game, everything is fine, i'm running at 120 FPS, but on twitch, the stream appears laggy, and freezes a lot. It's like 3 frames every 5 seconds.

I tried to use auto configurator, and it's a bit better since, (i now use amd as encoder).
I had the same problem before Windows Creators Update, but I fixed it with opencl=true in encoder settings.
I tried to uncheck gaming mode in windows settings.
My bitrate is 2500, but the auto configurator choosed 6000 for me (i lowered it down to 2500)

I use game capture to capture my game.

GPU : Sapphire RX 480 8G nitro
RAM : 16 Go
