Question / Help Stream is lagging.

I started streaming today, having quite a lot of issues with the stream's lag, it just jumps from frame to frame and I have no clue why. I attached a log file.

My download speed is: 90Mbps and upload speed: 3Mbps, isn't that enough?

Upload speed of 3mbps is not enough to support a 2500kbps stream.

You can probably manage 480p, 30fps at 1000 bitrate on that connection.
