Stream is lagging with no dropped frames

Hi!

Frames dropped significantly while streaming on Twitch. I see dropped frames at preview and VOD, but no dropped frames in logs and stats (games run smoothly ofc).
I tried to change encoder (Nvenc to AMD) and bitrate, but this make 0 difference.

Everything fine with wifi in my case, i have same frames problem when recording, not streaming.

i see you run obs on the second screen thats conected to your IGPU? try to connect the second screen to the Geforce !

I streaming on laptop with 2 gpu (amd igpu and gefroce) and my second screen is my laptop screen.
I found this guide and try it, but again, 0 difference.

have you tried make a stream only from the internal display ? without the second display conected ?
