After a long time I want to stream again and before i stop it, it runs good and clear. Now my connection breaking down to 0 kbit/s and goes up to 5000kbit/s (my config is 2900kbit/s). So yesterday I was config my setting and everything was good and doesn't make any problems and I was testing it with different games. I streamed 5min to compare the amount of bitrate drops / skipped frames.
Today I want to stream and I have the same problems like before.
And I know with my setup I can stream cause before the long break I have streamed a lot without any bitrate drops.
OBS : 18.0 & 19.0 & 20.0 every vers. the same problems. Currently I use 19.0.3

So after I see my drops ans lags I take the bitrate lower and CPU-config to veryfast but the problems are still there..
I dont unterstand why it's work one day and one day not.
I show you my latest log and the log from yesterday. (the last config, at the bottom was good and have no problems or just very very very small drops)
I hope you can help me or I can help you with any questions to my problem.

Nach langer Zeit wollte ich wieder Streamen. Vorher hatte ich keine Probleme und konnte so gut wie alles an Games von mir streamen. Nun hatte ich eine längere Pause und wollte wieder anfangen aber dann fing an meine Bitrate (OBS unten rechts) Rot zu werden und bis auf 0 Kbit/s runter ging. So ich dann überlegt und meine Bitrate von 3500 auf 3000 runtergesetzt - keine Wirkung - also noch weiter runter - wieder keine Wirkung - dann habe ich angefangen meine CPU Voreinstellung von Faster auf veryfast und superfast und ultrafast zu stellen auch da keine Wirkung. Dann habe ich mit einem Streamer Kollegen seine Einstellungen verglichen und dementsprechend zusammen ausprobiert gestern. Am Ende lief es auch gut bei Steep und WWE 2k18 zum Beispiel. Doch heute wollte ich wieder richtig anfangen mit streamen und siehe da gleiches Problem wie vorher, ohne an den einstellungen was geändert zu haben. So wie wir gestern besprochen haben habe ich dann nur noch mit Bitrate und CPU Voreinstellungen probiert bis es wieder passen sollte (CPU Auslastung im Task Manager "gering" halten und bei twitch ein noch gutes Bild zu übertragen) nach dem ich aber meine Grenzen erreichte mit 2500kbit/s und ultrafast und die Einbrüche trotzdem noch kamen (CPU bei RimWolrd ~40% nur noch ausgelastet - im Vergleich gestern bei Steep ~95%) weiß weder ich noch mein Kollege bescheid wie wir das wieder hinbekommen können..
Sämtliche Einstellungen siehe Oben oder in den Logs.
Ich habe einmal die Logs von gestern und heute hochgeladen, falls noch was fehlen sollte einfach nachfragen.
Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen.
