Question / Help Stream is Jittery / Choppy. I've tried a bunch of settings.

So I started streaming around June/July 2016 (XB1 / PC). I have never had any issues with OBS before. In fact it has been fantastic! Just recently (I noticed it when I updated to 17.0.2) I have been experiencing some pretty bad choppiness / jitter to the preview screen and as well as my stream once live. The choppiness happens when I stream XB1 or with the Elgato HD60, but not when streaming PC or using Display / Window Capture.

I have tried switching settings from simple to advanced, messing with the advanced settings did not help. I have tried upping/lowering my bitrate, changing resolutions, and fps. To no avail though.

One test that I have done that is very interesting, I downloaded OBS Classic. Preview screen and stream were smooth as butter! The lack of chroma support for my current lighting set up is less than pleasant so I would much prefer to stick with Studio. What is tough is that I'm not able to make sense on what is different other than one is Studio and one is Classic. So help is needed to figure out why this choppiness / jitter remains a problem in Studio.

I have tried to do a test stream to grab a copy of my most up to date log file. However I was unable to to actually go live. OBS would act as if I was live but nothing on Twitch. I have tried to upload that log as well as my most recent stream log. (I can copy/paste the txt files if needed)
I will absolutely be returning to update with an actual test stream log once I'm able to connect.

Any and all help is much appreciated! Thank you!
