Question / Help Stream is frozen

When I stream Overwatch my game FPS on everything ultra is 80fps but when I watch my stream it is completely frozen only audio is working, OBS says there no is frame drop and cpu usage is at 12%
But any other game is fine, stream does not lag for other games like Fortnite, Star Wars battlefront 2, Dauntless, Csgo
Specs are i5 8500
16 gb dual channel ram at 3000mhz
Rx Vega 56 with 8gb
1tb storage
Please help
