Stream is fine in game but lags on twitch

I've been looking for a solution for like 2 days straight now.
I've been trying to stream Titanfall 2 these past few days. On the first day, everything was fine but yesterday and today the stream is at a constant 5-10 fps or something like that. In-game my fps is perfectly fine but it's terrible for the stream.
I'm down bad right now and could use any sort of help. I've had a look around the sub and found some issues similar to mine but none of the solutions shown have worked for me.

Is it streaming or recording?

Your topic mentions streaming but your log file only has recording. Need clarification and a logfile with the correct issue.
