stream is dropping frames and I don't know much about how uploading video works.

I tried to do some research on my own, but it's almost hopeless when I don't know what sites to trust. My stream keeps dropping frames for seconds at a time, which means my audience is missing out on a lot of moments (not to mention it's just plain ugly). These are what I believe to be the relevant OBS settings

My internet upload speed ranges from 1Mbps to 9Mbps, so I enabled Dynamically change bitrate (aware of the risk of delay).
My CPU is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 @ 3.00GHz
