Question / Help Stream is dark

When I stream unreal tournament 1999 live my stream is very dark... When I stream ut4 the stream is normal and doesn't look dark at all.
Any idea why?!

ADVANCED tab settings for Video is :
YUV Color Sapce: 709
YUV Color Range: FULL
Renderer: Direct3D 11
Video Adapter: Blank
Color Format: NV12

Change the color range to Partial and if needed, change the color space to 601.
