Question / Help Stream is Choppy/Laggy but no FPS drops.

Hey there. I have been streaming from OBS Classic and never had this problem, but recently I switched to OBS Studio. Once I did the switch I noticed my stream was being a little bit Choppy/Laggy. The game itself was running smoothly and I believe I had no frames dropped during the stream session as well. Are there any settings I need to change so it can run better? Thank you!

Internet speed is 115 mbps Down and 11 mbps Up.
