Question / Help Stream is buffering and need help to fix please!

Good afternoon,

I been having trouble trying to stream and its really getting frustrating. I have a good computer and good Internet, Every time I stream it always buffers and lags but no dropped frames nothing when I look at obs. I looked at various videos on trying to fix and forum posts but nothing has been working. I been trying to change my bit rate from 2000-2500 and trying to stream at 720p 60fps. I really need help trying to fix this.

The issue is 60fps with 2000-2500 bitrate to do decent 60fps you need 3500. 2000 to 2500 using 720p 30fps will look fine.

Animation flow will be slightly worse, but picture quality will be better and there won't be suttering.

I changed it twice 3500/720p 60fps It was still buffering/lagging on this setting and also 2500/720p 30fps I wasnt Buffering as much but buffering a lot on watching it on iphone and not as much on the computer?

2500 is still a bit high, you're better off going 2000.

And you may need to re-read the thread I linked.
