No matter what settings I use, my stream is always blurry/pixelated I've used every encoder, bitrates going from 3500 - 6000. I've used everything. I've tried so many setting tutorials on youtube and its always blurry for me but not for other people when they use the same settings. I've downscaled me res to everything aswell. Its not like I have a bad pc.
I have an i7 8700k, 1080 Ti, and about 32 Gigs of ram, but im completely clueless to why my stream is pixelated. If anyone can try and help me that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
