Stream is a bit blurry, please help.

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3900X
RTX 2070 Super XC Ultra
32 GB RAM

I know i dont have the best upload speed...... my ISP says its 5 mbps but when i dod speed test i get 5.8 mbps. so i capped my bitrate at 5500. Overall im fairly happy with the way my stream is starting to look, however I notice sometimes when moving it gets pretty blurry. is there any settings i can tweak to fix that? do i need to maybe lower my fps? thank you for your time

1. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
2. Run OBS as Admin
