Stream in fullscreen from a browser tab?

Hi folks.
What a wonderful software OBS is!
I have a question. Is there a way to stream a youtube video playing in a browser tab and having it streamed in fullscreen without having to actually put the video itself in fullscreen? I prefer watching the OBS control panel while streaming. If I go fullscreen on the video I lose that.

Open a new browser window, start playing back the video, make it full screen and then Alt+Tab out of it.
Add a Window Capture with that browser window.
