Stream log above. Every 6 seconds or so, my stream lags just a bit and hitches. Its not dropping frames, its not lagging, everything from my end shows I'm flawlessly streaming - no dropped frames, etc.
I've recently checked/changed Scaled Output resolution, hardware/software encoders, bitrate, keyframe interval, cpu preset...I'm just at a loss, because I should be able to stream at 3k bitrate with 1080, but I'm trying to stream at 720 and barely hitting 50% of my system resources used while playing League of Legends and Warframe at the same time on max qualities.
