Question / Help Stream Hears HDMI input but I don't

I am using OBS Studio 0.13.1 and and Elgato HD60 Pro, after a bit of playing it works perfectly for the stream and for recordings, but I cannot figure out a way to get OBS to output the HDMI audio for me to hear, or if that is even possible.

Am I going to have to go analogue or is there a way that I am unaware of?

It is not possible at this time in OBS Studio.
