We're running a business that involves some professionals streaming to our clients using our platform. Some of the streamers run into the same problem. We test their upload speed always before they stream and calculate a safe bitrate for them to use, but still, in some cases the stream health turns into orange/yellow/red for some of them in OBS. (Many of them have an upload speed of 5-6 times the bitrate even). Our platform uses Wowza's streaming servers.
Is there a simple way to test if the problem is with these specific streamers' bandwith or it has to do with Wowza's streaming servers?
