Stream has been bad the last month

In feburary - i could stream in 1440 60 with no problem. Out of nowhere my stream is always DC or lag so badly for 15 seconds and I have to restart or it fixes itself. Today the stream was extremely choppy and laggy. the more recent log files are 52 36 25 38 and 27 58

Turn off HAGS, consider to use a wired conection instead of the not realiable wi-fi.
Check for any plugin you use if it's updated and compatible with latest version of OBS.
Run OBS as Admin.

As of version 29.1 you don't need to use advance mode in order to record several audio tracks. You can safely keep it on simple mode.
The best way is to run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Now restart OBS. Yes, it's really important to restart OBS.
