When i want to start my Stream the Time Counter starts and in looks like the stream is running, but at 0 kb/s

Restarting the Stream does not work
Restarting OBS Studio does not work
Restarting My Computer does work sometimes. But when i close shut down my Stream and I want to start it again, then the same Problem occurs.
It also happens that OBS Studio crashes during Stream when i tab on Desktop to often.
Another Problem is, that Gamecapture does not work reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Then i have to Switch to Window Capture. Another weird thing is, that in Euro Truck Simulator 2 the Truck Display(speedmeter, etc.) in the middle is black (it seems not to be capturerd), when i use Gamecapture. In Window capture, everything is ok. You also can see this on the Screenshot.
Maybe someone knows a solution ?
