Stream goes top left corner of screen

When I tab out of the game it captures the entire screen. But when I click back on the screen the stream shoots to the top left of the screen and idk how to fix it. I stream 1080 but play in 4k. I’ve went on multiple YouTube tutorials and copied settings hoping it would fix it but it didn’t.
