Im currently having a huge pixelation while trying to stream CSGO on Youtube in 720p60.
After multiple trying/changing/upgrade my setting (bitrate,preset...), it still doesnt work. Wonder if you guys could help me to find out what was wrong, since i'm running out of solution to fix this.
My Specs:
I7 8700
1660 Super
16GB RAM
My Bandwitdh:

(have tried changing my bitrate from 3500 - 6000, changing preset to max quality,...)
