Question / Help Stream gets blurry at moving/switching colours [Twitch][6k bitrate][NVENC]

My stream gets blurry at every move I make. (It's more like a "sand" effect on the stream while moving.)

I tried to switch to x264 but I got really similar results.

I tried to stream on Youtube with 18k bitrate just for a test and there the quality was even worse than on Twitch.
I tried to switch to 720p but this just made my stream less sharp on full screen.

I've seen some livestreams on twitch where the quality was just amazing @ 1080p and I can't just get it to work.

That is what happens in games with a lot of small details like foilage. You should not stream those games at 1080p 60fps, 6000 kbps is not enough for that.

I tried 1080p / 720p60 and the result was the same.

I am having the same issue! Just with iRacing. When things are in motion it gets boxy
