Question / Help Stream gameplay audio cutting in and out

Hey guys, I am having some issues with my stream audio. I stream through my xbox into OneCast, and that is the source I use for OBS as my gameplay. The audio is OneCast is great, so I know it has something to do with OBS. The audio coming from the Xbox (both gameplay and party chat voice) randomly goes in and out in a choppy kind of manner. I was hoping someone can help me figure out why this is happening. The gameplay is smooth, its just the sound. Here is my setup:

Xbox One --> OneCast--> Window Capture into OBS

Streaming computer (if you can consider it one lol):
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014)
Processor: 1.7 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

The log shows a connection problem with your USB audio device-- I presume that's your OneCast.

Well OneCast is an actual program done through the wifi. So my xbox is on the same wifi as OneCast, and the OneCast program catches the video/audio. On the OneCast screen in the program the audio is fine. The only audio issue Im having is over the stream, not OneCast. Any other thoughts?

well I've been messing with it for a while and I don't think its an OBS issue in-fact messing with the settings in OBS helped the transition between skips. but it was still to much to even deal with playing alone, let alone streaming live...there isn't any settings in one cast to mess with so I can't do anything there.. maybe when I can afford it ill by the full version of one cast to see if that has any setting I can mess with..do any of you know before I waist my money? either way im fed up.
