Question / Help Stream Freezing

Hi,
When ever I try and stream it just freezes on the last frame before I went live. I have no idea why and what I should do to fix it.It is starting to really annoy me as I want to go live.
If you need any info just ask and I will get it.

About My Mac:
iMac (24-inch, Early 2009)

Processor: 2.93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

That is a pretty old mac with a dual-core CPU in it. You probably won't really be able to record above 360p with that thing. Try reducing the resolution a lot.
