Question / Help Stream freezing/stuttering for seemingly no reason?

Hi there! I have a pretty decent computer (GTX 1060, 8GBs of RAM, i5-6500) yet I have a lot of issues streaming. My internet connection is quite fast yet it still seems to lag and stutter. I stream at 720p 30fps and have issues. This mainly occurs in Overwatch, but sometimes happens in other games. The issue is more of a freezing effect where the picture will suddenly freeze and stutter like I'm having severe FPS issues. However on my screen I'm getting a perfect 100+ FPS in Overwatch. It's forcing me to stream League when I would rather stream other things.

Remove the mark on "Rescale Output". You're already doing 720p stream if in "Video" tab you set Output (scaled) Resolution: 1280x720

Remove the mark on "Custom Buffer Size"

Use 3300 bitrate. It is more affordable for many viewers.

Then, are you streaming on a single PC? Or are you using dual pc setup?

Because the single PC stream can be a big pain in the ass if you are playing intense CPU game. For example, stream Rainbow Six Siege and play it on the same PC is really hard because Rainbow Six suck 50% of the CPU. 50% of the game + 40% 50% of the stream ecc and the CPU will start to have lot of problems.

Yes I have a single PC set up, too poor for a dual PC set up.

Try with those setting and let me know. You can also try to set the bitrate at 3000. Before twitch partnership, if someone have bad connection, they can't see you because no transcode (is the setting on twitch to view a streamer: high, medium, low, smartphone)
