Question / Help Stream freezing on specific game (overwatch)

Hi all, 2pc set up with no capture card, Having brand new issues on all games.

95% of the stream is frozen!
I've tried changing all manner of settings but cannot seem to work out what is going on.

Gaming PC - 8gb gtx 770 i5-2500s
Nvenc
VBR 35000 (I've tried 35k-100k and also on cbr)
Keyframe interval =4 (tried 8 also)
Preset = High quality (tried low latency and performance)
Profile = Main
two pass = unchecked (tried check)

Streaming PC - 4gb hd3000 i5-2500k
x264
CBR
Bitrate 2500 (tried 1.5k-2.5k)
Keyframe interval 2
Cpu usage Faster (tried pretty much all)
profile High
x264 options blank.

Any ideas what is going on?
The stream is frozen more than it's unfrozen, music doesn't freeze at all, this game is less intensive than H1z1 which now runs smoothly,
I have set up a seperate profile with these settings specifically for overwatch.

Tried everything can't seem to get it to work, even on the lowest settings for obs on both pcs changes nothing.

BUMP - No reply and still having issues.

I have had to reinstall OBS atleast 5 times due to having constant issues with the software producing a decent stream, this issue has only just started out of nowhere, hoping to fix ASAP as it's been like this since Saturday and nothing I try works.
Updated logs and video.
