Stream freezes when alt+tab/ing to different windows.

like the title says.
i was cleaning up my scenes the day before but when i streamed today my whole system would freeze when i would tab out to other windows which was fine before today. i always end up restarting my pc since i can't do anything, i can't event open the task bar!
i've updated my scenes and and there was an nvidia update a few days ago. i will also include the log files here.

you updated obs i gives problems with Streamlabs plug didnt know the Stream FX effected so.

thanks for the quick reply!! i'll see what i can do with the streamlabs plug in. it was for chat i was using for a while now as well as the spotify plug in. hopefully this solves things

SOLVED!!

- my xbox game bar has always been off so it was surprise to me that the background dvr was still running but now thats off.
- i took out the old "legacy" slobs sources i was still using as well as the spotify sources.

one of those or all of them contributed to my problem but it is now fixed! i've been test streaming for a good 10 minutes now switching between windows and scenes and my system hasn't crashed or frozen yet.
