Have a 24/7 stream going for backyard bird cam, taking video from a POE rtsp camera and sending to Youtube.
Once a day or so, the video from the camera will freeze.
The clock we have running and the temperature on the screen keep updating and it is still sending to Youtube and the bitrate is fine (green), but the video is frozen.
Switching to another scene and then back will resolve the issue.
If there isn't a seamless fix, then is there perhaps a way to schedule scene switches every few hours or something as a band-aid?
The machine is dedicated to this and has plenty of horsepower.
I'm running
- dedicated laptop
- obs 29.02
- windows 11
- amd cpu with nvidia gpu (the cpu is only running 0.5% and 0.0% dropped frames)
- multi-gig internet and network
