Question / Help Stream Freezes, any solution?

Okay so after almost 2 hours of trying to fix this issue i'm just going to post here. So bacically when i turn on my stream, everything is fine when i'm in the main menus (h1z1: king of the kill) no dropped frames no lag at all, but then when i get in the game, i'm still getting over 90fps, no dropped frames on obs, but the stream on twitch however. so laggy, it freezes every second, stays that way for at least 3 seconds, goes for about a second then freezes again, keep in mind that the audio is still fine, even though my stream is freezing, my viewers are still able to hear the audio. Does anyone have/had the same problem and if so how did you fix it? Thanks in advice :)

Log shows: Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 14729 (55.2%)

Check for excessive CPU usage. Using task manager details tab, try increasing priority of OBS-studio and/or reducing priority of game.

Theres more possible fixes shown on this old topic, most of them still applies for OBS-Studio (log analyzer won't work on OBS-Studio)
