Yesterday my stream started freezing (on both the OBS preview and Twitch), and whenever the video came back to life the game I was playing dropped from 140-ish fps to 20 or so. If you've got any tips or ideas on how I could fix this I'd really appreciate if you shared them. Please note that I've had this kind of problems for a while, it didn't become like this all of a sudden.
Here are my specs and internet speeds:
i5 6600k, not overclocked
GTX 970
16GB DDR4
Internet download and upload speeds: 1000 Mbit/s and 200 Mbit/s
