When I use OBS it drops the framerate:

Nvidia Shadowplay not drops it:

I used 2560x1080 for both, later youtube upconverted OBS stream to 1440p, but please not it is only 2560x1080
NVENC codec for both stream.
Ryzen 1700, Gtx 1050ti 8gig ram
And it is a 2011 pc game...
I used OBS simple settings, 18mbps for both stream, i have 22mbps internet. The game runs with 80fps I checked with FPS counter.
