Hello guys. Got some problem with my twitch stream this night.

My specs : Computer GE72 2QF (https://fr.msi.com/Laptop/GE72-2QF-Apache-Pro.html#hero-overview)
Video : GTX 970m
CPU : i5-4210H
RAM : 8Go
Connexion : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6565773599
Game : CSGO

I run it all low. No problem with playing. But when i'm looking at the VOD... It's awful, like 15 fps max.

What seems to be the problem ? On the preview, it's seems ok. Got only the game capture...

(I run it with my nvidia for sure ;) )

Please help me. I though with my specs, it would be ok to stream CSGO ^^'

Thank you all and sorry for this english :)

looks like your cpu is too weak for x264. use nvenc, read this before https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-nvenc-lowers-gpu-memory-clock.73228/

21:10:28.052: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 211 (73.5%)
dont stream over wireless, get wired connection

and usual success recipe for 1 pc setup. check every piont

1. 60hz desktop refresh
2. 60 or 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3, bf4, overwatch)
4. vsync in game on
5. run obs as admin
6. make sure your gpu can do stable 60fps in game without being maxed. OBS needs some of gpu resources as well. If you enabled vsync@60 and its still maxed lower resolution and/or details.
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4
