Question / Help Stream FPS dropping?

Soooo my friend is having this issue what i am helping her with or trying to, where while she streams the fps of the stream drops by alot in some cases. examples below, also this happens regardless of CBR or VBR so lets not have that discussion here.

switched to a new server.

as a compare here is mine,

im having the same issue but its not nearly as bad, again in both CBR and VBR

Yes, after updating to the latest version, I noticed I was dropping frames during my streams when I never used to. Uninstalled and went back to v.16.6, everything's fine now.

Turns out that its The ingest servers that we were using so we switched to another and now its fixed
