So long time streamer, took a break from it and come back and for some reason my stream is completely broken.
Depending on what im doing, if im moving the mouse its crystal clear 60fps but whenever i move a camera or do anything different my FPS drops to less then 10, sometimes less then 5.

I have 12.06MB Upload Speed.
What could be the issue here?
