So I am streaming Tarkov and every time I move my stream goes from HD to Doo doo pixelation of the stream is so bad its hard to even see what I am doing.
I am downscaling to 720p from 1440p streaming with a bitrate of 4.5k to 5.5k, I am using X264 and the CPU preset is on very slow with the profile high.
Even with all that I can't even get a good looking stream and when it's dark, it pixelated even worse.
