Question / Help Stream exclusively drops frames when I play Mario Tennis Aces online?

So I just finished up a very short test stream of Mario Tennis Aces, one of four that I've done before, and each time I've tried to play this game it has just ripped away my frames. When I started the game up I lost nearly 800 frames on that alone.
My question is simple. HOW?!
To double check this, I turned on a different online game, Splatoon 2, and while it initially lost frames for a moment in the first game I was consistently green across the board for the duration of that match and others. And this can go without saying, but I have played Monster Hunter World, Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege on stream as well with no loss of frames.
What exactly is going on?
To help answer any extra questions here is some of my basic stream information.
  • Streaming at 720p 60FPS
  • 6000 Bitrate (Yes I can safely stream at this Bitrate, I don't think it's that big.)
  • Using NVENC H .264 Encoding with 2 keyframe intervals.
If there's any important information I missed do let me know.

Yes, I did read the dropped frames sticky before posting this topic. Nothing in there described a single game causing such a massive drop in frames, as much as I wished the answer was in there.
