Stream error-cant figure out what's wrong

So recently I wanted to start streaming after getting my stream settings set up and I hit "Start Streaming" only for there to be an error.

This is the error code I got- I have a GT 1030. I just updated my video drivers and restarted OBS. Neither of those worked. OBS is up to date.
