Question / Help Stream equipment upgrade priority?

I need help with buying equipment for streaming. I don't know what to prioritize first but i think i should upgrade my CPU.
Here are my amazon wish lists: http://www.amazon.co.uk/registry/wishlist/AQ0DAN322P6M

CPU: AMD Phenom ii x3 720
Motherboard: asus M4A78T-E
GPU: MSI NVIDEA GeForce GTX 750 2GB GDDR5
Monitors: 2x (1024x768)
RAM: 2x 2GB

I am looking for cheap ways to improve my stream quality. I would like a new cpu but to get an FX-series CPU, I need an am3+ motherboard. I cant easily switch to AM3+ because my second monitor is using inbuilt graphics so i would have to buy another graphics card. (EDIT: actually, I think my gpu can do multiple monitors?) I could get an FM2+ but i don't know which one is good at a decent price. I don't think I can use Intel cpu's because it costs too much for me right now. I also have a spare pc that is doing nothing but has a Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 cpu. I could use a £70 AVerMedia - C985 to do dual pc, but I don't have an extra monitor for it until about autumn - I could use one of the monitors i have for gaming and one for the streaming pc. However I don't think this dual pc setup would be worth.

I also don't know what order to upgrade things in. I only have 4 GB of ram and would like to add 2x 4GB more. I would also like a new mic as I am using a really old headset with broken output so i have to wear headphones over them.

To summarize... I'm poor, and I need help on streaming equipment.

I've tested NVENC. The stream looks better but i have some problems: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/not-telling-me-my-dropped-frames.45223/

I think I am just going to buy the AMD FX 8320E and overclock it. Still need advice on stream equipment upgrade priority though.
