Question / Help Stream ends at same time

Hello all
I'm having an issue where the stream cuts off repeatedly every 2 hours, 3 minutes and 50 seconds. There are a couple days it doesn't happen but it usually does. Here's a link to the log file https://gist.github.com/ddmankiller/98f66f4c209f519078140e19c914a7bd
This issue didn't start happening till i replaced the router, I returned it and came back with a new one but the same type and it still persists. I also switched out the cables but that didn't fix it also. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to contact your ISP; any disconnection like that which happens at a regular interval is either your computer doing something (output timer, etc) or your ISP is resetting your connection. That's what this looks like.
