Question / Help Stream ending itself

Hi guys, Im new to Twitch and i have encountered a problem when trying to stream on it. After streaming for 40 mins - hour the stream seems to shut itself for no apparent reason.
I use 5000 bit rate for 720p 60 fps.

My specs:

Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.5 GHz
16 GB 3333 MHz
GTX 1050 ti
750 gold rated PSU
windows 10 on SSD
