Question / Help Stream Elgato Game Capture to OBS on Windows? (RTMP?)

Ive tried finding a way to stream elgato on OBS, I found a lovely tutorial for Mac users which requires getting an RTMP link and such but nothing for a modern windows user, is there something really obvious I'm missing here?

Add the elgato as a video capture device in OBS with the elgato software CLOSED.
