Question / Help Stream drops to 0kbps?

Hello all.

I'm having a few issues when I attempt to stream.
I will go live and then after a while my offline image will appear on Twitch. However it will still say that I am live in the upper right hand corner.

When I switch over to OBS it shows 0kbps in the bottom right hand corner, however the game image is still being displayed in OBS preview.

I've also reset my stream key, deleted all my profiles, and tried a different server. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue on windows 7, so it's not a windows 10 related issue. Also using quicksynch, and only happened since the 16.2 update

I highly doubt you have the same issue.

The original poster's log has
14:27:34.632: device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture (887A0005)
And other similar errors with the same error code flooding their log.

The issue regarding Quick Sync on 0.16.2 has been widely reported in other threads, but it is not related to the Windows 10 AU issue(s). I've asked for help with detailed troubleshooting and analysis, but I have not gotten the information that is needed to look into this.
