I have a upload speed of 10mbps. I have tried changing my bitrate, lowering the quality, etc. but it still drops frames every 9-10 seconds no matter the settings.
This is my upload speed pattern when I look at my task manager. Any ideas what could be causing this pattern? Every large dip is when I drop frames and, again, its every 9-10 seconds.
