Question / Help Stream dropping out every few days

We run 4 24/7 livestreams via OBS, the streams are hosted on servers and we've periodically been having issues with brief disconnections, the disconnection tends to be for 5-10 seconds which causes buffering on YouTube and results in a drop of our concurrent by a good 200+ from which the regain is very slow.

Having gone back and forth with our server company, opened ports, changed bitrates, upgraded our hardware, we still can't get to the bottom of this. Attached is the logs, if anyone might know what's up, please could you help!

Thank you.

Note: Log file is from 2 separate disconnects

From all the disconnects, it points to an instability in your network driver, possibly an issue with the Xen host that the VM is being hosted on. There's unfortunately not much we will be able to do, this is a general connectivity problem, not an issue with OBS itself.

For more info, see our guide and technical note on what might be going on.
