Hello! I'm very new to streaming so I'm not a partnered member on Twitch. Before we get started, here are my specs
I7 2600K @ 4.4GHz
Gigabyte GTX 970
16GB of RAM
600W PSU
Internet Speed Test Results: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4755861754
When I stream, or more so go back to watch it, it drops frame. Even if I set my bitrate to 3500 (2200 until I am partnered or playing online), downscale the resolution to 540p60fps, cpu usage to very fast, and downscale filter to bicubic. I'm not saying I have the best PC in the world..cuz I obviously dont, but shouldn't I have enough power to have a consistent framerate at 540p60fps? I also notice that the framesrate doesnt drop as much on the witch app on my phone. It does a bit more on an internee browser (chrome) and even more if I put the stream on full screen. Games i have tried so far are Ultra Street Fighter IV, Sonic Generations, and Killing Floor 2. Even if I just record locally it drops a bit sometimes at 720p/60fps. Please help me. I want to start officially streaming when the Street Fighter V beta hits PC (This upcoming Saturday) and want to have the best quality I can.
