This started happening after I started using streamlabs and streamelements to add overlays. If I'm doing something on my desktop. a.k.a tabbed out, the stream looks perfectly fine with 60fps but when I go back into the window it looks choppy and laggy. I play in windowed borderless but it also happens when I play in fullscreen.
