I can stream in 1600x900 fine at 60 frames. I use the Elgato Pro 60HD. When I set my OBS settings to stream at 1080p, OBS acts as if it starts but then I notice that the kbs bar in the bottom right corner never does anything. I stream at 6000kbs, and it just doesn't budge to anything. I then hit stop streaming, and it gets stuck on stop streaming until I eventually restart OBS. As soon as I set the output to 1600x900 or 1280x720 it works like a charm.
